Low flow valves by Schubert & Salzer
The low flow valves from Schubert & Salzer were developed for the precise control or safe shut-off of minimal flow rates – even at high operating pressures. The valves are made of bar stock stainless steel and have a replaceable seat and control plug of stainless steel or carbide. The low flow valves are suitable for gases and liquids in a variety of industrial applications.
Overview of our types:
Minimal flow rates
With nominal sizes of DN 8 and DN 15, low flow valves from Schubert & Salzer have Kvs values as low as 0.0027.
Demanding high-pressure applications
The low flow valves, manufactured from barstock material with an interchangeable seat assembly made of stainless steel or hard metal, achieve a long service life and maximum reliability, even in high-pressure applications. A special high-pressure packing ensures high leak-tightness at the spindle feed-through, even with high switching frequencies.
Simple installation
With threaded or socket-weld connections, low flow valves from Schubert & Salzer are simple to install. Socket-weld connections offer a compact, reliable and leakage-free connection solution, even for high-pressure applications.
